Timorasso is a rare, ancient white grape variety indigenous to Piedmont, Italy, particularly the Colli Tortonesi area. It produces full-bodied, structured white wines with remarkable aging potential, featuring complex aromatics of honey, minerals, citrus, and herbs, along with high natural acidity.
