What to expect
Every tasting has the same shape. What changes is what's in the glass.
Four and four
Four 3 oz wine pours paired with four 1 oz cheese portions. Enough to really taste, not so much you can't drive home.
About 90 minutes
We take our time. Arrive a few minutes early, settle in, stay after if you'd like a glass of something you discovered.
Your host guides you
We walk you through each pour — where it's from, what to notice, why it works with that cheese. Questions encouraged.

We announce tastings about a month out and the good ones go fast. Join the list and we'll send a heads-up before tickets go public.
