We're sending your taste buds around the world on bubbles alone, from Italian Prosecco to actual French Champagne, with stops in Spain, Argentina, and South Africa along the way. Every pour comes matched to a flavor from Freddie's Popcorn right here in Dubuque, because great sparkling wine and great popcorn were clearly made for each other, and nobody ever tells you that.
No time slot to reserve, no seating chart, no pressure. Grab a ticket, show up whenever between 3 and 8 works for you, and we'll walk you through the flight at the bar. We're closing at 9 so everyone can go catch the fireworks, so get your bubbles in before the sky does its thing.

The pours
Light, dry Prosecco from northern Italy. Think green apple, pear, and white flowers with a soft, frothy fizz.
Organic, family-grown Catalan Cava made bone dry, with zero added sugar. Crisp green apple, citrus, & brioche.
High-altitude vineyards in the Andes, dry and crisp with a fine, persistent bead.
Pale-pink South African sparkler made the same way as Champagne. Strawberry and raspberry fruit.
Real-deal Champagne from a family house dating back to 1805, aged for 4 years for extra depth.
The pairings
Simple, salty, cheesy classic that started this whole idea. Clean cheese flavor, nothing fancy.
Brings the tang, the salt, and that unmistakable pickle zip. It's bold, and it needs a wine that can keep up.
Tastes exactly like the name promises: garlicky, buttery, cheesy, and rich. A big, savory mouthful.
Jalapeño cheddar tossed in ranch, so it brings heat and creamy coolness at the same time.
Sweet, buttery, and finished with just enough salt to keep you reaching back in. The grand-finale snack.
