Body
Medium-light and dry, with lively acidity and a slightly creamy texture.
Notes
Hand-picked, with some lots given overnight skin contact. The juice is cold-settled and fermented with selected yeasts at 12–14°C to keep the fruit forward. The producer labels it vegan-friendly and calls it an early-drinking style.

Serve chilled, 50–54°F. Drink within about two years of vintage.
