Made at Quinta de S. Sebastião in Arruda dos Vinhos, Lisboa, by winemaker Filipe Sevinate Pinto. Fermented at 25°C with gentle skin maceration.

Serve at 61–64°F (16–18°C). Drink within a few years of vintage.
