Mary Taylor Beaujolais-Villages

Mary Taylor puts the grower's name right on the label, and this one comes from Marine Descombes, a fifth-generation Beaujolais winemaker. It's bright, crunchy Gamay with strawberry and a twist of orange, aged in cement so the fruit does all the talking.

Give it a little chill and it'll handle anything from roast chicken to a Tuesday.
