La Boutanche Melon
La Boutanche is the brainchild of importer Selection Massale, who convinced top natural winemakers to create affordable, everyday wines in funky one-liter bottles β because sometimes 750ml just isn't enough. This particular edition features Melon de Bourgogne, the grape behind Muscadet, made by a producer who clearly knows what they're doing but prefers to let the wine speak for itself.
Made with minimal intervention and a focus on pure fruit expression, this is the kind of refreshing, honest wine that disappears from your glass at an alarming rate. The liter format makes it perfect for sharing, though you might be tempted not to.
It's the wine equivalent of that cool indie band you discovered before they got famous β approachable enough for everyone to enjoy but with enough character to keep the wine geeks interested. Perfect for picnics, seafood feasts, or Tuesday nights when you deserve more than just one glass but less than a hangover.

About La Boutanche03
La Boutanche is not a traditional wine producer but a collaborative project/label created by importer Selection Massale to showcase affordable natural wines from various small producers. Each La Boutanche wine features a different winemaker, with the Melon (from Muscadet) typically made by winemaker JΓ©rΓ΄me Bretaudeau. The wines are designed to be approachable, low-intervention natural wines at accessible price points.
