Made by the historic Badia a Coltibuono estate (Gaiole in Chianti) from 100% Ciliegiolo, a native grape traditionally used in Chianti blends. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, aged about 3 months in tank and 1 month in bottle, and bottled unfiltered.
