Light to medium body with soft, velvety tannins, fresh acidity and a round, long finishdry.
Notes
Fermented with the Ganimede method at about 28°C for 13 days, held one month in stainless steel, then aged 8 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Other
Serve slightly cool, 60–64°F (16–18°C). Drink within a few years.
