Domaine Jerome Gradassi is a small, boutique wine producer in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, founded by former chef Jerome Gradassi who transitioned to winemaking in the early 2000s. The domaine produces limited quantities of Châteauneuf-du-Pape from approximately 1.5 hectares of vineyards, focusing on traditional methods and minimal intervention to express the terroir of this renowned Southern Rhône appellation.
