Buil & Giné Giné Giné Priorat
Priorat grows its vines on crumbly black slate in hills steep enough to make you rethink your cardio. Giné Giné is the family's Grenache and Carignan red: pomegranate, cherry and red berries with a little mint and pepper, and enough structure to stand up to lamb or anything off the grill.
