About this tasting

We're ditching the charcuterie board. Time to prove wine goes with literally anything.

Our last two pairing events sold out. So this time, we're going bigger – and sweeter.

Join us for an evening of wine and handmade cookies, where we destroy the myth that wine only pairs with cheese and fancy meats. Spoiler: it doesn't. Wine pairs with anything, including the good stuff Riley baked from Cookies for Grown-Ups.

Four wines. Four cookies. One very delicious afternoon or evening.

What to Expect

You'll taste each wine alongside its paired cookie and receive a tasting card that explains why they pair well together. Think of it as your permission slip to pair wine with dessert without the guilt.

The Pairings:

Mary Taylor Frizzante + Nouvelle
Bright, sparkling wine pairs with a delicate ricotta cookie featuring lemon, blackberry, and a hint of pepper. The acidity cuts through the richness while the floral notes complement the fruit.

Stein Riesling Weihwasser + Ginger Snap
An off-dry Riesling with a crisp, spiced cookie. The wine's tropical fruit notes and touch of sweetness echo the warmth of the ginger, while its zesty acidity cuts through the cookie's butter, making each bite taste better than the last.

Brew Cru Pinot Noir + Crookie
A lighter red wine with a cookie that has serious personality – fresh ginger, jalapeño, and lime. The wine's subtle tannins and red fruit flavors balance the heat and brightness of the cookie's spice.

Sidekick Cabernet Sauvignon + Acquainted
Full-bodied red wine pairs perfectly with a rich, dark chocolate cookie featuring coconut and almond. The wine's depth handles the chocolate's intensity while complementing the toasted, earthy notes.
