Toluca
The Toluca wine region is located in the State of Mexico, situated at high altitude in the central Mexican plateau. While not as established as other Mexican wine regions like Valle de Guadalupe, the area's elevation and volcanic soils provide unique conditions for cool-climate grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
