Each selection represents hours of tasting, debating, and occasionally arguing about whether that one bottle was “rustic” or “needs food.” Some became instant member favorites, while others were more of an acquired taste (we’re looking at you, natural wine phase of 2023); however, every single one taught us something about what makes a wine worth sharing.
